Abstract
This article, connected with the present situation of Legal system construction and professional sports club,expounded the legal system environment of professional sports club in China, and analysed the law question that relates with the professional sports club and the law relation that relates with players and law questions that the establishment China and foreign countries jointly owned occupation sports clubs involve etc. The author hopes these can improve construction and the development of professional sports club in China.
