Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expressions and significance of survivin mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissues.Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of survivin mRNA in samples of HCC tissue from 32 patients. Results:The expression of survivin mRNA in the HCC tissues was significantly higher, expression rate was 65.6%,no expression was detectable in paratumor tissue. There was significant correlation between the expression of survivin mRNA in HCC and the tumor thrombus in portal vein(P0.05).Conclusion:The survivin mRNA high expression is of potential value in judging invasion and progression of HCC.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
