Abstract
Four new solid complexes of rare earth with α Naphthoic acid (HNAP) and 1,10 Phenanthroline(phen) were prepared in 95% alcohol. These complexes all have the generel formula of RE(Nap) 3·phen(RE=Y,La,Eu,Dy).Their composition and properties were investigated by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR spectra, UV spectra, fluorescence spectra and TG DTA analysis.
