Abstract
The different development stages of enterprises should conform to the enterprise culture.However,the present small and me- dium enterprises have defects in the building of culture,which is not suitable to their organization.It's necessary to foster the enterprise culture in conformity with the development of the enterprises to ensure the sustainable,stable and sound development.
