Social integration function of the Chinese social law

The fundamental purpose of social law function is to realize its political function——social integration.The social function of social law is to protect the members′ rights and interests and realize justice.However,from a nation′s political quality,the fundamental purpose of realizing social justice is to realize integration of social power.China,as a developing country,its strong survival appealing in the world political situation made the previous social legislation are full of national expectations of social integration since the founding.Social law is keeping undertaking the social function.So we must understand Chinese special social law best from the integration and management of society.
