Abstract

It is the new issues of our party to strengthen the work of the Party Building Work in Non-public Enterprises in the new historical conditions.Local Party committees at all levels should not only intensify publicity and education work,but also improve the level of thinking and understanding of Party committees and owners.At the same time,they should improve the management system,establish the mechanism of party to Consummate the mechanism of party private enterprises through exploring and practice or create new building work of the non-public enterprises party.
