3-dimensional Cartesian coordinate system conversion is often used in surveying and mapping.This paper provides theoretical description,geometric proof and data verification to 3-dimensional 16-parameter Cartesian coordinate system conversion through simple geometric translation,rotating and scaling algorithm.
