Abstract
A molecular genetic map of rice(Oryza sativa)was constructed with a 102 F_2 population from a cross of two rice cultivars‘Shennong 606’and‘Lijiangxintuanheigu’by using SRAP markers. The map con- sisted of 14 linkage groups, which include 129 genetic markers, and covers 1671.5 cM with an average genetic distance of 13.0 cM.A total of 17.2% distorted markers distributed in the map as Segregation Distortion Regions.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
