Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical value of domestic central venous catheter with drugs. Methods A total of 500 patients of venipuncture with domestic central venous catheter were analyzed retrospectively, and 3 positions of puncture were selected, including internal jugular vein, subclavian vein and femoral vein. The maintaining time of the central venous catheter was from 3 to 15 days.Infection was observed after clinical application. Results For all the 500 cases, there was no any inflammatory reaction, obvious pain and fever of unknown origin. Conclusion The application of domestic central venous catheter with drugs can effectively reduce the incidence rate of the infection associated with central venous catheter.
