Abstract
The construction of water saving agriculture system is an important part of the strategy of sustainable developing agriculture in china.This paper is based on the analysis of the water resources of China and has discussed the importance and necessity of constructing water saving agriculture system in China,then for this reason some suggestions are sdvanced．
