Abstract

At the fifteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China ,A new theory of distribution has been put forward that the distribution accordi ng to work is regarded as main body with diverse distribution methods coexisting ,and the combination of the distribution according to work and the distribution according to factors of production.But the correct implementation of the new dis tribution and the atitude towards expanding income gap have brought about some d ifferent opinions. [
