Abstract

At present,China's institutions of higher learning professional tourism management practical teaching is still in the stage of exploration.Constructing the inside practice base,improving practical teaching assessment system and the operation of the practical teaching definite responsibility mode,is to meet the modern tourism enterprise development to talented person's demand.Walking the road of open education combining production,is an important way to improve the student's own quality.
