The Housing Institutions in Rural China: Characteristics,Progress and Challenge

The housing institution in rural China is an important part of China's housing institutions.The housing institution in rural China,constrained by China rural land institution,belongs to the natural economy and the planning economy and changes slowly.Under the traditional housing institutions,China housing construction has been making great progress,whereas is facing a lot of challenges,which consist of two factors: rural immigrations to urban and the exchange of the housing propriety rights.China has been regulating the rural housing institutions incrementally,however,such behaviors are not enough,and it is necessary to consort to deposit reform.
