Comment on Government Economic Function and Relationship between Government and Enterprises in China

Under the system of plan oriented economy,the government not only “steered” but also “paddled” in China, so this system had a lot of disadvantages.It could not suit the needs of market oriented economiy, so shifting government function is an important content of Chinese system reform. At present, we should shift government economic function according to the needs of market oriented economy, adopt market system oriented management,clarify and separate the functions of the government and enterprises,and rebuild the relationship between them.
