Pollination Experiment with Bombus terrestris in Facility Orchard in Linqu County

[Objective]The research aimed to validate the pollination effect on facility fruit trees. [Method]The pollination experiment with Bombus terrestris in facility orchard was conducted in the spring of 2013. [Result] B. terrestris was used to pollinate fruit trees in facility orchard,which significantly enhanced the fruit-setting rate of fruit trees,enhanced the fruit yield,improved the fruit quality and advanced the fructescence. [Conclusion]Pollination with B. terrestris in facility orchard should be popularized in large scale.
