The new economy has been reforming and promoting the development of the traditional industry in the world and this causes the changes of the economy situation.It makes the humanbeings involved in the greatest and most profound revolation in history.Being a new way of production,it depends on the hi technigues and arouses.Many new phenomena that the traditional economy theory can,ullustrate.This makes a great challenge against the traditional economy theories.
