Abstract

Objective:To discuss the intervention effect and the machanism of huayu rufei decoction on rats' pulmonary fibrosis induced by bleomycin A5.Methods: 60 male Wistar rats were divided into normal, model, high and low dose decoction groups at random, each group included 15 rats.Rats' pulmonary fibrosis models were made by single intracheal instillation of bleomycin(5mg/kg), each group rats were given corresponding drugs respectively,5 rats were killed in each group after modeling 7,14 and 28 days, the expressions of TGF-β1,collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ in lungs of each group rats were determined by immunohistochemistry method. Results: To compare with the model group, the severity of rats' lung inflammation and fibrosis were lightened in the two Chinese herbs groups, the expressions of TGF-β1,collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ in lungs were reduced more obviuosly.Conclision: Huayu rufei decoction can relieve pulmonary fibrosis, inhibiting the expressions of TGF-β1,collagen Ⅰ and Ⅲ in lungs maybe one of its mechanism.
