Abstract

Through probing and analyzing the major characteristics of vocational education—the professional, practical, districtive, diversified, social, opening, competitive and timely characters—it has explained the basic function of vocational education to serve for the economic and well-to-do society construction, as well as the principles and demands needed to make and improve its service function.
