Abstract
Objective To explore the methods and feasibility of difficult laparoscopy cholecystectomy.Methods The clinical data of 41cases from July 2004 to July 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 8 cases were converted to open surgery and 33 were performed completed laproscopy.All the 41 cases recovered quickly.Conclusion The difficult laparoscopy cholecystectomy should be performed carefully by the skilled surgeon.The subtotal laparoscopy cholecystectomy and appropriate open cholecystectomy was necessary in LC sometimes.
