Abstract

In the article we introduce the specification of the two pressure humidity generator, measurement method, uncertainty component and its evaluation. The measurement results and uncertainty analysis shows that in the dew point range of -25℃- +25℃the uncertainty less than 0. 04℃. It meets the dissemination requirements of humidity value in this range.
