Abstract
Information resource access is the basic right of citizens,but the definite costs must be paid out.The realization of information resource sharing may reduce the costs.The discussion of information resource sharing within the visual field of information resource access is a new research perspective.The paper analyzes these questions and constructs a new mode of information resource sharing based on information resource access.
