Abstract
This context firstly examines the concept of China's “peaceful rise” and holds that “peaceful rise” means to attain the goal of “rise” with “peaceful means” .Secondly, the author analyses the advantages and disadvantages of international environment on the process of China's “peaceful rise”. Finally, it is believed that “peaceful rise” is strategic choice of Chinese diplomacy.
