Abstract

That humanistic culture is a good quality of qualified medical personnel has become the necessity and needs of the medical development.When students start the clinic learning,clinical teacher should endeavor to cultivate students' humanistic spirit in clinical practice,not only to develop their professional and technical skills,but also develop their noble medical ethics.
