Study on Establishment and Operation of Quality Objectives in the Quality Management System of Research in Universities

According to the new edition Quality Management System standard,the requirements for quality objectives are more professional and rigorous.In this paper,the weakness and characters of the Research Quality Management System in University were summarized.Based on the Quality Management Systems Requirements and the common questions of quality objectives,the quality objectives include the process quality goals and product quality goals were studied in establishing,measuring and evaluating in order to establish and conduct scientific,reasonable and realistic quality objectives and improve the Research Quality Management System running in University.
