Abstract

Objective:Obtain the index of axillary lymph node metastasis by analysis of the ultrasonographic features and the related factors in breast cancer patients. Methods:The ultrasonogrphic features of the primary tumor were observed in 133 patients. The primary tumor size,amount,micro-calcification,abundance of blood supply in the primary tumor(0~Ⅲ stage)were analyzed.A analysis of INM related ultrasonography and clinical factors was also performed. Results:Univariate analysis and multivariate analysis were performed to indicate that the primacy tumor size, amount, abundance of blood supply and micro-calcification have influences on the axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The primary tumor size, amount, abundance of blood supply were proved to be related to axillary lymph node metastasis by multiple logistic analysis. Conclusion:Ultrasonography is helpful in staging the axillary lymph node in breast cancer patient by observe. The primary tumor size, amount, and abundance of blood supply.
