Regional cooperation of "the Yangtze River Delta" economic circle and the economic belt in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River——From the view of industrial transfer and acquisition

At present,the industrial structure of River Delta economic circle is undergoing the adjustments of optimization and upgrading.This paper analyzes internal and external factors of industrial upgrading in Yangtze River Delta economic circle and the industrial development status of the economic belt in the upper reaches of the River.It puts forward that in a new round of economic adjustment the economic belt in the upper reaches of the River should take on heavy dual responsibilities of drawing the national economy towards sustainable and rapid growth and expediting development of the central and western regions and should base on their own advantages,attract industry transfer in Yangtze River Delta area,enhance the overall regional strength and accelerate the pace of regional economic co-ordination.
