Mao Zedong and Party History Research in the Yan'an Era

Abstract

The Yan'an era hosts the first summit for relatively systematic Party history research ever since the establishment of the Communist Party of China.From the strategic viewpoint to summarize historical experience and to strengthen party building,Mao Zedong attached great importance to the study of party history.He not only actively induce the whole party to a mood of learning the party history,but also made quite a few deep reflections and active explorations for how to do research on history research of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,he made pioneering contributions in Party history research.
