Abstract
Objective To establish a simultaneous determination method by high performance liquid chromatography for serum concentration of lamotrigine(LTG), phenobarbital(PB), phenytoin(PHT), and carbamazepine(CBZ). Methods After protein precipitation by methyl alcohol, the serum samples were taken for determination with chromatographic column of Waters Symmetry C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), methyl alcohol-water(55∶45) as moving phase and detection wavelength as 235 nm. Results The linear ranges of LTG, PB, PHT, and CBZ were respectively 1.56~50, 3.13~100, 2.19~70, and 1.09~35 μg/ml. The average recovery rate was 98%. Conclusion This method is easy operational with precise effect. It is suitable for monitoring of clinical treatment drugs.
