Abstract

Tobacco business corporations should pay attention to the relationship with customers in order to make the maximum of benefits on the influence of the new corporation value concept.This paper discusses how to construct relationship with customers from six aspects,such as country,tobacco industry,retailers,tobacco growers,customers and corporation employees.
