Abstract

Labor market is a important prart of market economy,with the thorough development of economic system reform,we must establish a highly efficient and ordered labor market.In this paper,beginning with the introduction to labor market theory,we analyze the experiences and lessons of labor market for economy-transforming countries in their economic restructuring.Several suggestion concerning further improvement of our national policy about labor market have also been given.
