Abstract
Based on the research and practice in our physical education,this paper dissertates the training model,training specifications,teaching mode,courses system and evaluating method for quality education,puts forward some proposals and strategies on the ideology and practices of future education reform,thereby development in physical education specialty and providing for governmental decision making institutions.
