A comparative study of gasless laparoscopic surgery using the abdominal wall lifting device vs.pneumoperitoneum laparoscopy in treatment of ovarian cyst

Objective:To explore the clinical value of suspension laparoscopic operation in treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods:The clinical data of 30 cases who received suspension laparoscopic surgery and 30 cases who received pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Suspension laparoscopy was better than pneumoperitoneum laparoscopy in the respects of operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,postoperative pain,hospitalization cost and so on(P0.01).Conclusions:Suspension laparoscopy is safe and effective,and has advantages such as less operative time,hemorrhage and postoperative pain compared with traditional pneumoperitoneum laparoscopy.
