Abstract
The thought of making the nation prosperous in the late Qing Dynasty is to seek state's wealthy by the agricultural,industrial,commercial and so on.In addition,the external protection contains system-type organizations,educational organization,as well as environmental,military and other support.It gave us three aspects of revelation.first,persist to seek the sound strategy in using a variety of methods;second,adhere to the country and of common prosperity;third should not be blind to learn from the West.Although it neither bring the Wealth of Nations,nor cause the rich people due to the limitations of the era,it still has important practical reference for today's modernization in some aspects.
