Discuss on the construction of enterprises' financial risk management system

Abstract

At present,the overall situation of enterprises' risk management in China is not optimistic.This article probes into the construction of financial risk management system in enterprises from establishing a comprehensive internal control system,enhancing enterprises' financial forecast and financial risk identification,strengthening process management of financial risk and emergency measures and remedial measures,hoping to guard against financial risks.
