Reflections on Career Education in Vocational Colleges

The paper makes an investigation on the career education in vocational colleges in Xinjiang and finds some problems. The author contends that the career education on students in vocational colleges will have to localize students' career planning to innovate the mode of career education, bring enterprise education into career planning education and make it as the key content, explore network resources of career planning education, and make full use of alumni association to implement career planning education, which are the efficient ways to the current career education.
