Recreational belt around metropolis is the new phenomenon.It becomes the preferred destination choosed by citizens because of its special regional characteristics and well environment.It has been paid more and more attentions.And the situation becomes the major trend of tourism development around the cities.The article limits the scope and the position for Harbin,in view of Harbin's actual situation,the spatial layout of Harbin's Recreational belt around metropolis is divided into one district and two belts,urban center traveling area,suburb recreational belt and outer suburb vacation belt.Through the on-the-spot investigation,has enumerated the main tourism resources of Recreational Belt Around Metropolis in Harbin,and employed AHP method to analyze and evaluate the one area two tourism resources of Harbin,suburb recreational belt and outer suburb vacation belt have two levels of developments potential.The tourism resources of the two belts have very strong attraction,and they are suitable to develop leisurely vacation traveling products,as a reference for exploitation of recreational belt around metropolis in Harbin.
