Abstract
The compressed video data are extremely vulnerable to bit errors, and require real time deliver, which conflicts with the low bandwidth and high error rate of wireless channels. Therefore,to realize real time transmission of video traffic over wireless channels, the error resilience of video coding must be improved, without significant compromises in video coding efficiency.Based on researching the SP-frames,a new thought CSWI which can well control error diffuseness was brought forward, and simulation results prove that it is better than the way of only using SP-frames to replace I-frames.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
