Abstract
A method for the determination of impurities( Al、Mn、Ni、Zn、Pb、Th)in rare earth chloride and carbonate by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry is described. The acidity of sample solution, spectroscopic interference and matrix effect of the ICP MS method were investigated in detail. The rare earth matrix suppression effect and sensitivity drift can be effectively compensated by adopting indium as internal standard. The RSDs were in the range of 0.70%~2.44%,respectively.The recoveries were in the range of 98%~103%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
