Abstract

International terrorism is a severe international crime against the peace and security of mankind. The international society should unify its recognition of international terrorism,strengthen international cooperation against international terrorism. Fighting against international terrorism should comply with Charter of the United Nations and other international rules. In the action against international terrorism ,the United Nations should play a main role.
