Abstract

The current situation of rehabilitation nursing for patients with dysphagia caused by stroke and some new understandings about its pathogenesis are stated briefly.This article introduced conventional nursing cares,which were direct training,indirect training and nasal feeding,and two relatively new nursing ways,which were five-in-one therapy and combined HPO therapy.It was proposed that emphasis on the comprehensive training for patients and guidance for functional rehabilitation exercises can improve the overall rehabilitation effects and quality of life.
