Abstract

The organizational structure of industrial clusters provide many advantages for the development of recycling economy.Industrial symbiosis network is an effective organizational form for improving resource recycling and application efficiency through enterprises collaboration within industrial cluster area.This article,taking Shanghai Chemical Industry Park as an example,discusses the best practice model of developing circular economy in industrial cluster.
