Abstract

This paper discusses the problems of geological environments and climate conditions in the Pearl River Delta. The quality of environments and distribution of the geological calamities are analyzed in detail and synthetically. According to that, the paper builds up a mathematical model. The geological environment zones are established with the aid of the model. The Pearl River Delta is divided into four zones. Then the paper elaborates all the divided zones' geological environment character. Basing on that, it can provide service for forecasting problems of geological environment and bringing the problem under control in the Pearl River Delta.
