The public sports service is an important part in the building of new countryside.Rural public sports service objective is to protect farmers basic public sports services to achieve equalization of services;the elements of sport in the rural public service system are:sports facilities,activities guide,fitness organizations,organizational management,and information supply of such components.Sports system,funding,human resources,facilities,sports information constitute the support systema in rural public sports services;efficiency,fairness,accountability,monitoring principle constitute the operation mechanism;the reform on the rural sports management system should be gradually promoted,and management diversification should be achieved,and assessment mechanism should be used into the management.
