Abstract
The structural types and trap features in the area were studied according to geological and seismic data. It is held that the traps developed in the studied area are mainly structural traps, the structure can be classified into two types and six sub-types, the structural traps and petroleum accumulation were formed mainly in Hercynian and Himalayan periods. The relationships between trap distribution and petroleum accumulation in every second-order structural units were also studied, and the favorable trap types and oil and gas exploration area were suggested.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
