Abstract

The tendency of education reform and innovation in 21st century requires the higher education to fit in with the construction of life-long education system, not that making life-long education system suit the existing university system. The three key aspects of function of education, education democratization and education resources allocation exterminate obstacles to the formation of life-long education system and promoting universities to be well-developed, accelerating the process in China.
