Abstract

The1 +1 +1 Tutor Systemtalent cultivation model is based on the tutor's project items,which is a student-oriented and teacher-led instructional teaching system based on item-based,task-based and question-based learning approaches.In practice,the tutor should transform from a direct initiator to a guide and inspirator.It is required that the tutor be skilled at creating scenes,presenting questions and enlightening the students to explore and innovate.
