Research on Characteristics and Influence Factors of Yanbian Korean Population Flow

Korean is one of the ethnic minorities in China,the number of the Korean floating population is larger and larger,transnational flow phenomenon is common as well. Population floating not only improves personal and family socioeconomic status but also endanger the sustainable development of the Korean settlements of the border area. Using the survey data of Korean floating population in Jilin province border,we analysis the characteristics of the non-floating population,domestic and international floating population,study the influence factors of different types of the floating population by Logistic Regression Model. Regression results show that the gender,age,marital status,out experiences are the main factors influencing the Korean population floating,gender,age,marital status are also main influence factors of transnational Korean floating population,and the factors such as education level,language ability has no significant influence on population floating. To promote the Korean settlements' economic and social development,maintaining population and social stability of border area,we recommend to put these measures:Labor services export should under supervision;Vocational skills training of the floating population should be strengthen and support workers returning home to entrepreneurship,by all means.
