Natural Character of the Ethical Interpretation——Also on the value starting point of humanism of the German Civil Code

The German Civil Code is rights-based law,the value of personality is the source of the Civil Code and the logical starting point.The Civil Code bases on the humanistic value of the concept of natural personality for technical intermediaries and through to the entire Code of always.In the history perspective,the author studies the dynamic character of the connotation of natural persons,focuses his attention to analyze the Kant's ethical philosophy,which is the existence basis of the spirit of the German Civil Code,and does a necessary clarification about the carrying value of the personality and character of natural persons.The draft of China's Civil Code should adopt this.
