Abstract
Urban land intensive use is a necessary demand for the development of city.From four aspects such as land investment intensity,using degree,using benefits and land continually using tendency,an index system is constructed.By the way of quantitative methods of evaluation,the level of land intensive use was evaluated.It was concluded that the land use intensity can be classified into three types:intensive use,moderate use,inefficient use.Guizhou has a relatively low level of city land intensive use,the focus shall be put on the level of investment land and the sustainable development of lands.The intensive land utilization can increase the urban land utilization profits.
