Abstract
The perfection and full implementation of legal system can provide a system guarantee for moral construction and promote the development of morality,which has made moral legalization possible.However,moral legalization has its limit.In range,some social relations mainly rely on the adjustment of morality and plays the auxiliary part.Sometimes,law doesn't work.In function,law can regularize the people's behavior but can have no direct binding effect on the people.In moral develpment,law can not go beyond the moral requirements for high levels in history.What's more,relying too much on will cause the weakness of morality.Therefore,while we are establishing the practice of law above everythink,we must pay full attention to morality as a regulating tool and avoid the over-interference of in morality.
